The United Mexican States generally known as Mexico is a country located in North America, bordered at the north by the United States, and at the south by Guatemala and Belize, in Central America. It is the northernmost and westernmost country in Latin America, and also the most populous Spanish-speaking country in the world.

Has no sodomy laws, the age of sexual consent is 18. Imprisonmentof 3 to 8 years applies to anyone "who facilitates or procures" the corruption of a minor under 18 years of age, education about sexuality or sexually transmitted diseases cannot be considered as corruption of minors. Mexico City has a gay rights law that bans some anti-gay discrimination.
