Colorado became the 38th state the United States, on August 1, 1876. Denver is the capital and largest city. The state is in the Mountain, Southwestern and Central regions of the country.

Age of consent is 18. Colorado does not recognize Out of State Same-Sex Marriages. Colorado does not have any sodomy laws.
