The Server was flooded

Las Vegas, NV — The problem we've been having since last Thursday is a machine in Brazil that like to submit 100's of requests at a time to flood the server. I've made that range of IPs persona none-grates. he's been back twice, however it's easier to block him that it is for home to shift computers.
