Happy Holidays!
By Daddy
Las Vegas, NV — You may remember the angst about the property management company that had taken over the apartment complex, the ones with the 42 page lease? They'r now gone as of last Monday. We found out about it on Wednesday. I went to pay the rent yesterday and got a yellow post-it note on a white sheet of paper as a receipt. I'm not so sure that the new company will be an improvement.
However we've somehow made it into December and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
Thank-you for your donations! My reserves are at the 16% level and I received enough donations to pay most of the November bills but will probably need to dip into the reserves a bit to make it into December. At this time I have less than a months reserves left. Any help is appreciated.
