Las Vegas — Sunday evening was the full moon known as "The Hunter's Moon" which is the the full moon following the "The Harvest Moon." It is said that because of the harvest, deer and other game would venture into the fields and allowed hunters to easily see them under the full moon's light.
I needed to take a bit of time off because of stress. "World Mental Health Day" was last Thursday and it seemed an auspicious time to take a few days off for some "Me" time.
The grocery store aided in the de-stressing with chicken once again 67¢/pound and eggs for 99¢ for 18. I loaded up on my favorite chicken thighs which I had for the weekend and I have a whole chicken for my famous chicken-egg salad preceded of course by my chicken noodle soup made from scratch. I have low-carb flour and making pasta is so very easy.
I'll plan on putting out a couple reviews on Tuesday but just wanted to remind you that we still need reviews of "places to go." SESTA/FOSTA put a crimp in a lot of peoples lives, and we either have to adapt or end up being just another one of the victims that have gone away in the last couple years.
Venues where you are comfortable going to with a handsome man hanging off of your arm. Bars, Strip Clubs, Resorts, places in P-town, the Florida keys, and Palm Springs. Websites, Films, and Drag shows. I know of several places to go but I'm still trying to give myself permission to post reviews. Silly I know, but I haven't written a review since the turn of the century back in Hooboy's time.
