Las Vegas — The senate confirmed Pete Buttigieg as the secretary of transportation by a vote of 86-13. Mayer Pete is now Seventh in the Presidential line of succession. A little known perk is that when cabinet members conclude their terms of service, they are permitted to purchase their cabinet chairs, which bear brass plates indicating their cabinet position or positions and dates of service.
Today was also the first press briefing by an openly Gay spokesperson Ned Price.
