SESTA/FOSTA Ruling Now On Appeal

By Daddy

Las Vegas, NV — SESTA/FOSTA has had a dramatic effect on the LGBTQ community and this site. A lawsuit to overturn the law was dismissed and is now on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. AVN below has more on the progress (or lack thereof) below. This one I suspect will end up in the Supreme court.

To all those that donated thank you! Only about 40% of February is in the bank. My reserves remain at the 16% level. At this time I have about a months reserves left. Any help is appreciated.

oodhull, Others Appeal District Court Dismissal of FOSTA Lawsuit

By Mark Kernes

Washington, DC — Last night, the Woodhull Freedom Foundation and its co-plaintiffs in the lawsuit seeking to strike down the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017, better known as "FOSTA," filed their appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. The appeal seeks to overturn the ruling last September by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon which dismissed the action, making the ludicrous assertion that none of the plaintiffs in the suit had legal standing to bring the claim because, as the government claimed, "none of the Appellants were injured by FOSTA."
