The Problem With Artificial Intelligence
By Daddy
Cyberspace — The problem with AI is that it can't determine context. Todays news teaser about Calvin Banks is an example of how it can go so very wrong. YouTube's excuse is that "Gay Porn", "Porn", "Gay Sex" were "misleading tags."
Even the most cursory look by a human would say "Huh?" So what does those words say about the algorithm that YouTube was using? Or the fact that the video was locked out without a human to go "Huh?" There is a old programming cliche; GIGO — Garbage In Garbage Out.
To all those that donated thank you! All but a few hundred is now covered for February. My reserves remain at the 16% level and I may need to use a small amount. At this time I have about a months reserves left. Any help is appreciated.
