If You Can't Say Something Good...

By Daddy

Las Vegas — My Grandma taught me: "If you can't say something good; Don't say antything at all." I just watched the state of the union speech by what I believe is the first ever President to do so while in the middle of an Impeachment Trial.

I watched the President disrespect the Speaker of the house by declining to shake her hand. I watched her disrespect the President by omitting an introduction and at the end by ripping up his speech. I watched half the chamber pop up like marionettes on cue, I watched the other half stage an all-in-white protest.

I watched reality show type of theatrics including a heart warming shoutout to a just promoted 100 year old general and the tear jerking home coming of a sergeant.

Since I don' have anything good to say. I'll just say that I'm going to vote for anybody to keep this President from being reelected. I'm going to stick to my guns and not vote for anybody more than 70 years of age.

A shout out to Mayor Pete who at 8:30pm is in the lead by 1.8 percentage points with 62 percent of the precincts in Iowa reporting in. Win or Lose, He's made a place in History for LGBTQ+ people that'll long be remembered.

Watch Dan Levy Guess Which Dudes Have Hot Torsos

By Mikelle Street

Hollywood — With the final season of Schitt’s Creek airing, Dan Levy is on the talk show circuit. His latest: an appearance on The Late, Late Show with James Corden. This week, Levy’s appearance came at an interesting time for Corden. Apparently, he had promised a member of his band $10,000 if the guy didn’t shave for a year and it was time to pay up. When Corden promised to cough up the coin later, the band (and later the guests of the show Levy and Kumail Nanjiani) held a peaceful protest, not engaging with the host until he wrote the check. Which he did, on air. The balance is restored. (More)

President Pence: Did The LGBTQ Community Dodge A Bullet?

By Merryn Johns

Washington D.C. — The impeachment trial of President Trump is almost over, and it looks certain that a largely party-line acquittal awaits the president this week. For Democrats, this might look like a foregone conclusion — in the worst case, a defeat of sensible politics — but had the impeachment trial produced an upset, would a President Pence have been more damaging to the LGBTQ community?
