Las Vegas, NV — However there are many people that I so want to scold. What's the use of wearing a face mask if you're not going to wear it correctly? It's not rocket science. You wear a mask so that when other people sneeze or cough there is less of a chance that you'll get those nasty little germs. They wear a mask so that when you sneeze or cough they won't get your little nasties. If it doesn't cover your nose and mouth at the very least, it's not serving it's intended purpose.
