An Abundance of Caution
By Daddy
Las Vegas — Today I went to the mailbox to pick up the mail do some hoop jump for the Federal Goverment and they were closed. Because I helped the UPS driver get in, they allow me in. A member of their family tested positive for COVID and they were locking down as "An Abundance of Caution"
For the next few days their hours are now 9am to 12 noon and they are only open for deliveries and mail pickup. They've tested negative for COVID however are waiting to take a 2nd negative test before resuming face-to-face contacts.I applaud them for their caution; and I'm happy that I still do have somewhat limited access to my mailbox. Now you all know that I'm not a morning person getting up at 11am however I'll deal with it because I don't want to lose two important people in my life. The hoops can wait for next week.
Next Tuesday is the start of the final days of the 2020 Presidential election. December 8th is the "Safe Harbor Day" for the states to present the list of electors and be guaranteed that Congress will accept them.
As is usual as we head into the holidays, money gets tight. To all those that have donated, Thank you for your donations!. Any help is appreciated. Here's a link to the How to Donate Page
