I'm Limping Today

Las Vegas — I must of over done it over the weekend as I'm limping badly today. Using the cane to get round the house. However, the bathroom and kitchen floors look really good and the carpets in front of the sinks are clean because of the double sized washers at the Laundromat.

Some states require an excuse for voting by mail. Due to the coronavirus, some states are giving all voters an excuse to vote by mail for certain elections. Nevada just has a form you print out, sign, and fax to them.
I made it to Day 67 of the SwiftUI. when I reviewed the project on CoreData I found that I had somehow skipped a day or two. The 2nd time around made much more sense. The project I just finished was manipulating images with Apples Core Image. Lots of fun, lots of ideas for the new library.

House Passes Amendment to Reverse Trans Military Ban; Senate Is Next

Washington — On Thursday, the U.S. House of Representatives passed an amendment that would overturn Donald Trump’s ban on transgender people in the military, which has been in effect since April 2019. As it stands, trans people can serve in the military but only in the sex they were assigned at birth. In order to serve in their true gender identity, they would need to get a waiver. (More)
