Coverboy Cautious Optimism
Cautious Optimism
By Daddy
Las Vegas — The wound clinic wasn't able find a wound to measure. This week we're only covering the wound to see if there is any evidence of Exudate from the wound. I now have a prescription for a Charcot Orthotic Walker as surgery appears to not be an option because of COVID-19. So today I'm feeling a bit of cautious optimism. It has taken a bit over a year to heal 12½ cm by 7½ cm (roughly 5" by 3") wound however the alternative was unimaginable.
I've finished my course the 100 Days of SwiftUI today. So what did I learn? I'm now a lot more comfortable with the programming language Swift and a bleeding edge programming framework. I've gone from an idea of "I want a bank of rectangles" to knowing how to layout the program using the latest Apple Human Interface Guidelines." Iost of all I've proven that: "That old dog can still hunt." That's kind of important while we're having this enforced time of isolation. Instead of just sitting there watching the TV, I've chosen to learn a new and complicated subject. The feeling is enormous
I'm projecting that I'll be about $250 short for the month and I'll need to throw the rest of the stimulus check into the pot. To all those that have donated, Thank you! Any help is appreciated. Here's a link to the How to Donate Page

Gavin Newsom shut down the state of California with a shelter-in-place order in March, the rest of Martin’s tour was postponed. As a result, the singer experienced something he never had in three decades of performing at sold-out arenas, on television, and more. He was hit with anxiety. (More)
